Every space begins on paper. We translate your vision into precise, buildable plans that bring it to life exactly as imagined.
Design Philosophy
Great spaces don't happen by accident. They're the result of disciplined design thinking — understanding how a room will be used, how natural light will move through it, how each element relates to everything around it.
At Maronde Enterprises, every project begins with detailed architectural drawings. We produce precise CAD elevations, floor plans, and section views before a single material is selected or contractor is engaged. This means fewer surprises, better outcomes, and a finished result that matches the vision.
Because we also execute the build — through our remodeling and cabinetry services — our designs are inherently practical. We know what it takes to build what we draw.
What We Produce
Precise, professional documents that give your project a strong foundation — whether you're building with us or coordinating with your own contractors.
Scaled floor plans showing room dimensions, wall locations, door and window placement, and spatial relationships — the foundation of every design decision.
Detailed wall elevations at precise scale — showing cabinet heights, door profiles, trim details, and all vertical relationships. The most important document for cabinetry and millwork.
Cross-sectional drawings that reveal interior construction — how cabinets are built, how ceiling soffits relate to walls, how structural elements interact with the design.
Complete drawing sets suitable for permit submission and contractor bidding. Dimensioned, annotated, and produced to professional standards.
Our Work
A selection of CAD drawings from recent projects — each produced in-house before fabrication or construction begins.
Why It Matters
Our drawings aren't just pretty pictures — they're construction documents. Because we also build, every line we draw is informed by the realities of fabrication and installation.
Every dimension is verified in the field before drawings are finalized. No guesswork, no field modifications.
We draw what can be built. No design that looks great on paper but can't be executed in the real world.
You review and approve drawings before any fabrication begins. Changes happen on paper, not in the shop.
Design and build under one roof means the drawings live on the shop floor throughout the project.
Not every client needs us to do the full build. We offer architectural design and drawing services as a standalone engagement for clients working with their own contractors.
Our drawings are produced to professional standards and are suitable for permit submission, contractor bidding, and fabrication shop use.
Inquire About Design Services →How We Design
A methodical approach that ensures every drawing is accurate, every decision is intentional, and the finished result matches the vision.
We visit the space and take precise field measurements — walls, windows, doors, ceiling heights, mechanical locations. We also discuss your goals, priorities, and aesthetic direction before a line is drawn.
We develop schematic layouts and present initial design directions. This stage explores options before committing to a final direction — ensuring we're solving the right problem.
With a direction confirmed, we develop full CAD drawings — floor plans, elevations, sections, and details. You review drafts at each milestone and provide feedback before we move forward.
Final drawing set produced with all dimensions, annotations, and specifications. Suitable for permit submission, contractor bidding, or direct transfer to our fabrication shop.
For clients building with us, design drawings transfer directly to the build team. For standalone engagements, we provide drawing clarifications and field support as needed during construction.
Start with a Drawing
Every great project starts with a conversation. Tell us what you're envisioning and we'll show you what it looks like on paper before anything else.
